Having a medical condition does not automatically disqualify you from getting tattooed. This information helps me adjust the process if needed or advise if a medical clearance is recommended.

Thank you for submitting a consultation request to Comet Inks.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all tattoo appointments. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.




Deposits protect the time reserved specifically for you and confirm your commitment to the scheduled appointment.


By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following:


*deposits are non-refundable

*rescheduling requires at least a 24 hour in advance notice to not lose your deposit

*late cancellations, no-shows, or failure to provide proper notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit

*a new deposit will be required to rebook




Deposit Amount:


Tattoos (1 hour or less): $50


Tattoos (1 hour or more): $100

After you submit your consultation form, I will review your information and reach out to you directly through Instagram using the handle you provided.



Please allow up to 3 business days for a response. During busy periods, response times may extend slightly, but all inquiries are reviewed in the order they are received.
