Submitting a Consultation Request
All appointments start with my consultation form. This helps me understand your vision and make sure we’re a good fit.
For tattoos, you’ll be asked about your idea, placement, size, references, and availability.
For PMU, you’ll be asked about your goals, current brows, previous work, medical considerations, and desired style.
After you submit, I’ll review it and respond with the next steps, answers to any questions if needed, and available booking options.
